Billyard Gardens is a classic boutique harbourfront building located in the prestigious enclave of Elizabeth Bay, with private jetty, pool and foreshore gardens.

Over the course of three stages, within a six year period, Remtech were engaged by the owners to undertake the window replacement and facade remediation works. 

​

Works included the replacement of existing timber windows with new aluminium windows, facade brickwork repairs and cavity flashing works.
