52 Martin Place, home to Channel 7’s Sunrise morning program, also houses the NSW State Premier’s office and ministerial cabinet.

The facade remediation project aimed to address ongoing water ingress issues throughout the façade’s glazing system and existing waterproofing membranes. The project was completed by our in-house remedial abseiling / rope access division.

 

The building remained live throughout the project with an emphasis on stakeholder management and coordination which was key to the successful completion of the project.
